After the murder of Dr. George Tiller, Dr. LeRoy Carhart could have shut his women's health-center doors forever. Instead, he pledged to fight for women's access to abortion care.

 

Even in the face of harassment, aggressive protests, and scores of legislative attacks on his practice, Dr. Carhart continues Dr. Tiller's legacy of trusting women. That's why, as we mark the one-year anniversary of Dr. Tiller's murder, we're saying, "thank you."
