NARAL Pro-Choice Massachusetts advocates for every woman to have equal access to the full range of reproductive health care. This includes preventing unwanted pregnancies, bearing healthy children, and access safe and legal abortion care.
In Massachusetts, many women still struggle to access reproductive health care, and NARAL Pro-Choice Massachusetts works with the state legislature, state agencies, and within the health care system to remove existing barriers to access and prevent new barriers from being put in place. We also work to educate consumers about how to get the health care access they deserve.

Not every woman has equal access to abortion care in Massachusetts. Minors in Massachusetts need parental consent to access abortion.
Birth control is about equality for women. Using birth control lets women plan when and whether to have a family. In fact, 99% of women use birth control at some point in their lives.
Every woman has the right to choose if and when she has children. But not all women have a choice about how they bear children or can choose to have the children they want.
