617-556-8800 x12 NARAL Pro-Choice Massachusetts Thanks Speaker DiMasi for Long-time Leadership to Protect Privacy, Promote Women’s Health Boston, MA – Massachusetts House Speaker Sal DiMasi has been a true champion of privacy, public safety, and women’s health during his tenure on Beacon Hill. Thanks to his leadership, women have greater access to critical reproductive health services, while patients and medical personnel can seek and provide essential medical care without fear of violence or harassment. NARAL Pro-Choice Massachusetts would like to thank Sal DiMasi for his passionate defense of a woman’s right to choose and his commitment to promoting reproductive health in Massachusetts. We hope that the House of Representatives will continue to reflect the views of the Commonwealth’s pro-choice majority. We urge them to elect a new Speaker who – like DiMasi – respects a woman’s right to make personal, private decisions about pregnancy and childbearing and is equally committed to advancing the health and well-being of women and families.
